Having been in family ownership for almost 75 years, the company was acquired by EMC Surface Technologies in February 2024, opening a new chapter in its storied legacy. The acquisition, which was completed in less than 90 days, will be followed by investment in technology and resources that will empower the existing management team and create new opportunities for all stakeholders.
